Happy New Year! If you're new to our page, or maybe in need of a reminder of what each of our amazing classes are like, I've got the full list for you!
Piyo: a combo of yoga and pilates, this class incorporates short bouts of cardio and strength training for a total body workout. Get lean and toned to super fun music!
Senior Yoga: designed to increase the fitness level of those 55+ (but all ages welcome!) Increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall wellness.
HIIT-KO: non-contact boxing in a high intensity interval training style class. You'll get your heart rate up, burn fat, and tone up, all while feeling tough!
Faithful Fitness: aerobic dance for beginners and up. This class also includes time for focused prayer and a devotional. Sponsors funds and goods for a different mission each month. (donation based)
Zumba: no dance or fitness experience required! Zumba is fun, easy, and effective...just keep moving!
Turbo Kick: cardio kickboxing set to super fun music makes this total body class feel more like a party than a workout!! Modifications make it easy to decrease intensity, making it great for all fitness levels.
Kettlebell AMPD: heart pumping music and kettlebell moves, combined into 60min of calorie torching fun!
Yoga Toning: develop muscle strength and endurance throughout all major muscle groups by adding resistance of light hand weights to innovative yoga poses.
